Managing your subscription
If you subscribed to Beacon Pro or another Waypoint subscription, you can view, change, or cancel it anytime from your iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account, so we aren't able to process cancellations or refunds directly. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your privacy
Your data stays on your device. We don't sell or share your personal information. You can read the full details in each app's privacy policy, such as Beacon's Privacy Policy.
